We share it with the companies you choose to deal with and their representatives, and in the limited other circumstances set out under “When we disclose information” below.

Updates and marketing
We may occasionally send you promotions, service updates, special offers, events, or articles we believe may be relevant. If you prefer not to receive these, you can email or write to us at any time.
We may also use your information internally to improve our services and resolve issues.

How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to maintain the accuracy, completeness and security of the personal information we hold. We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected or to meet legal and ethical record-keeping requirements.
We store the information we collect on a secure client relationship management platform and take steps to keep it protected within that system.
When we disclose information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
We may provide your information to our credit licensee for administration and supervision, to contractors who supply services to us, or to other companies involved in a corporate sale, merger, reorganisation, dissolution, or similar event. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information in a similar way.
We may also disclose your information where required by law or otherwise permitted under the Privacy Act.
