Partner with Links Property Finance

If you advise people who are about to buy, refinance or restructure, the finance side either supports your advice or quietly undermines it. This page explains exactly how Links works with clients you introduce, what you hear back, and where the boundaries sit, so you can decide whether the relationship is worth having.

How a referred client is handled

The same sequence every time, so you can tell your client what to expect before you make the introduction.

Questions professional partners ask

Is there a referral fee?

Not attached to this page. Most professional relationships work perfectly well without one, on the basis that your client is looked after and you are kept informed. Where a formal arrangement is genuinely appropriate, it is documented and disclosed to the client as the law requires. What never happens is an undisclosed payment influencing what the client is recommended.

What will my client actually experience?

A conversation within one business day, about twenty minutes, free, with no credit check and no documents required to start. They leave knowing what they could borrow and what the obstacles are. Nothing is lodged and nothing touches their credit file until they decide to proceed.

How much will you tell me about their finances?

Only what affects your work, and only with their consent: whether finance is on track, the realistic timeline, and anything that changes what you should be advising. Their income, credit file and statements stay between them and us. If they prefer you receive no updates, that is respected.

Do you only work with first home buyers?

No. First home buyers are a genuine specialty and a large share of the work, but the files that most need a broker are refinances, investment purchases, self-employed applications, trust and company borrowing, bridging, construction and commercial property. The complex lending library on this site is the honest picture of the range.

What areas do you cover?

All of Sydney and Australia-wide by phone and video. Charles is based in the Inner West, with detailed local knowledge across nine Sydney regions, which matters more than it sounds: a company title flat, a studio under 50 square metres and a house-and-land package waiting on registration are three different lending conversations.

How do I make an introduction?

Whichever suits you. Email the details with your client's permission, call directly, or simply give them the number and tell them to mention your name. There is no portal to log into and no form you are required to use.
